I really enjoy using LibraryTrac. It is easy to use and set-up and provides rich real-time data. I have recommended it to other librarians in different districts already who need a better tracking mechanism.
I am working diligently on documenting usage of my library in order to share that information with my building and district administrators, because they have no concept of how busy my library is daily. We have very much enjoyed using LibraryTrac. Teachers love being able to check to see if a student has signed in to the library and when they sign out. It has helped us become more efficient in tracking the use of the library and holding students accountable.
I love Library Trac! Kids love it so they actually sign in every time they visit the library. They love showing their parents how to sign into the computer, after school!
